Welcome to our projects portfolio, where we highlight the real impact of our work. Here you can see how we take distressed properties and turn them into quality rental homes that strengthen local neighborhoods. Each before-and-after story shows our commitment to thoughtful design, responsible renovation, and long-term investment in the communities we serve. We invite you to explore the results of our work and the potential we see in every property.

For decades, the former press building at the corner of 13th and Walnut Streets served as a commercial and warehouse facility. After years of vacancy and deterioration, the property became an underutilized site within the Allison Hill neighborhood.
Halden Horizons Group will preserve the existing structure while giving it a new purpose. By restoring the building instead of replacing it, we will create new housing while honoring the property’s history.

Our vision extends beyond renovating a building.
This project will transform a long-vacant property into 12 thoughtfully designed apartments, improve the streetscape, and provide dedicated off-street parking. Our goal is to contribute to the continued revitalization of Allison Hill by delivering quality housing and making a long-term investment in the community.

The existing two-story building will undergo a complete interior renovation while preserving its historic character. Updated building systems, modern finishes, and accessibility improvements will prepare the property for its next chapter as high-quality residential housing.

The building will be converted into 12 thoughtfully designed one-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 584 to 789 square feet. Each residence will provide an efficient, comfortable living space while making use of the building’s existing structure.

The vacant parcels along Linden Street will be redeveloped into a 15-space off-street parking lot to serve residents and guests. Additional site improvements will enhance accessibility, improve functionality, and strengthen the property’s connection to the surrounding neighborhood.
